Full-bodied and dark, its earthy flavour gets stronger, thicker and more sweet the longer you brew it.
One popular brand of Pu Erh tea is “On Angels Wings”. This unique blend contains 50g of tea leaves that have been carefully aged and handpicked from the Yunnan Province.
The name “On Angels Wings” comes from the smooth and light taste of this tea, making you feel like you are floating on cloud nine while sipping on it.
Use: 2-3 grams per 200 ml at 90-95ºC and let stand for 4-5 minutes
